OUR RELATIONSHIP
I think a big part of our love is the TOTAL openness and freedom that we feel as we talk and share our pasts, and our feelings, withholding nothing. We have NO secrets from each other. You sometimes tell me that you feel you have told me things about your past that you shouldn’t have. You are so wrong! Sharing your private past with me, memories of experiences you had never shared with anyone, brought us even closer. And my being able to share so openly with you – COMPLETELY – is so freeing!
Our realization of what was lacking in our past relationships and encounters, helps us appreciate even more what we have now.
What I have with you is more than I ever DREAMED I could ever have with a woman. And having fallen in love with each other on top of all that! It is absolutely incredible! Some people live their whole lives and never experience what we have.

I feel physical intimacy is the mortar that holds a relationship together. Just as it is NOT the mortar that binds a brick wall, but the weight and balance of the bricks themselves, so it is that the relationship itself is the brick, and the physical intimacy is the mortar. Just as it takes both brick and mortar to make a sturdy wall, it also takes a solid relationship with physical intimacy to make the fulfilling union between a man and woman.
In the past, I have thought about my “PERFECT” mate. I never DREAMED I would actually meet such a woman. And now I have not only met her, but I love her, and she loves me!
Fran, you are not just my ideal partner physically, you are SO much more! I cherish your kindness, your thoughtfulness, your caring nature, your honesty, your intelligence, your faithfulness, your loyalty, your sense of humor, your maturity, your values, your faith in God, your acceptance of me, your total trust in me, your love for me, and my love for you.
As I have told you, if I should die today, I feel SO blessed that I have experienced love with you. I thank God that he has brought us together (through an astonishing series of events!) at this time in our lives.
